PAHC Housing Services, LLC is administering the lease of 4 units within Redwood City’s Below Market Rate (BMR) Housing Rental Program, a program that provides rental apartments in Redwood City for low and moderate-income households. BMR rental units are leased at rates below prevailing market rents and rent increases are subject to certain limitations. BMR renters are selected from a Waiting List and must meet special income and other eligibility requirements.
As of 01/18/2018, three of the units are occupied and a one-bedroom BMR unit is available immediately. Applications will be processed first-come, first-served and additional applications will be added to a waiting list for the property. Income limits on property flyer are out-of-date and are reflected as follows:
Minimum Income (2.5xRent): $55,710
1 person household MAX INCOME: $73,750
2 person household MAX INCOME: $84,300
