We are hard at work trying to create new housing opportunities across the Bay Area, as we understand that the housing crisis is a regional issue. Currently, we are exploring different possibilities in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.

In Palo Alto, we are developing a plan for Wilton Court that reflects the aesthetic of the neighborhood and takes into consideration what the community’s concerns are.  Figuring out how to be a good neighbor is one of the most important parts of our development process.
